Privacy notice

• Your account: email address and sign-in credentials.
• Your profile: name and care home, if you provide them.
• Activities you plan: title, category, date, time, room and lead.
• Logs you write: number of residents who took part, how it went, and your notes.

The planner is designed so you never need to record identifiable resident information. Please use initials or room numbers instead of full names, and keep health, care or safeguarding details in your care records system — not in activity notes.

To provide the service you have asked for: showing your plan and keeping your activity logs available to you. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to profile you.

Only you. Every activity and log is tied to your account and protected by database-level access rules, so no other user of this app can read your records.

We use only essential cookies and local storage: keeping you signed in and remembering your cookie choice. There is no analytics, tracking or advertising.

Your data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account and everything you have recorded is permanently removed straight away.

You can access, export and erase your data at any time from the Account page inside the app. You may also ask your care home's data protection lead, or complain to the ICO, if you believe your data has been mishandled.
